Why do you need my credit card for a free trial?
We ask for your credit card to allow your membership to continue after your free trial, should you choose not to cancel. This also allows us to reduce fraud and prevent multiple free trials for one person, and helps us deliver better service for all the honest customers. Remember that we won’t bill you anything during your free trial and that you can cancel at any moment before your trial ends.
How often is my credit/debit card charged?
Your credit/debit card is charged 30 days after your free trial expires, and assuming you continue your subscription, on the same day of the month thereafter.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation is allowed at any time, with no long-term contracts required. Simply reply to any of the emails we send you with “please cancel my subscription”, or email directly to email@example.com, and we’ll make sure your card will not be charged on the next monthly invoicing.
