Q. Do you provide a free trial offer?
A. Yes, we offer a no-obligation, two-week free trial.
Just call our toll free number or click on the free-trial
button at the top of this page to immediately start the two-week
period at any time. Q. How are your newsletters
delivered?
A. The Artac Advisory delivers a nightly
e-mail to all clientele and free-trial recipients informing
them the nextday’s newsletter analysis is ready for
downloading. This nightly email generally arrives by 6:00
p.m. (Chicago), and includes a click-able link for entry
into our website’s Client Login area, as well as a
reminder of your individual username and password. Once
you enter the Client Login you’ll be able to download
each self-titled newsletter (PDF) file.
Q. Is your analysis intended for the short-term
day-trader, or does it lend itself more toward the position
trader focused on longer timeframes?
A. Though our daily letters focus primarily
on the shorter-term perspective, our commitment to analytical
excellence requires an accounting of longer-term timeframe
studies. Not only do we analyze daily data every afternoon,
but we also analyze weekly and monthly data at the end of
those respective timeframes. We feel the active trader needs
to see the entire ‘picture’ to make sound trade
choices. For instance, the near-term trader who might be
successfully participating in a 2-3 week bull move would
nevertheless be well informed to know the 2-3 month timeframe
remains negative. In other words, a near-term counter-trend
rally existing within the confines of a longer-term bear
trend. Many markets often exhibit simultaneous counter-cycles.
Knowing how (and when) to weigh the significance of each
can only be achieved through years of analytical experience,
something the Artac Advisory brings to the table every market
day.
Q. Do you provide customized analysis?
A. Yes we do. In fact, one of our primary reasons for expanding into other markets has been due to current clientele requesting customized analysis. If it is publicly traded and contains sufficient volume, it can be adequately analyzed. Please make your inquiry by phone or e-mail and we can discuss with you any market we may not currently cover.
Q. What if I don't fully understand something you've
noted on a particular newsletter, is it possible for me
to call your office for greater clarity.
A. Absolutely. For both active subscribers and
those utilizing the three-week free trial, we actively encourage
you to call or e-mail with any questions you need addressed.
Generally within a few weeks you will have a sound understanding
of our terminology and good feel for our delivery style.
But always remember that you should never hesitate to contact
us for greater clarity.
